Just a few days after announcing the new MiUI version 6, Xiaomi has started rolling out the updates to their flagship device users.
Xiaomi has started rolling out the MiUI6 update to the Xiaomi Mi4 and the Mi3. The update measuring 417 MB, is available over-the-air but required the Developers ROM to be installed. The update is also expected to be rolled out to the Mi 2, 2S, 2A, Redmi devices and Redmi Note later this year.
The MiUI 6 update brings a new notification center with toggles for music control panel, notifications for new messages, missed calls, reminders and app notices. The system now also supports airplay wireless speaker and has a new Ignore data usage option to make data statistics more accurate.
