Back in December, we told you about ASUS preparing two Android Jelly Bean tablets which the model number ME172V and the ME371MG. While allegedly pictures of the ME172V leaked, details on the ME371MG were scarce except for the possible specifications.
But today information from a Thailand Internet retailer suggests that the ME371MG will be launched as the ASUS Fonepad K004 which is expected to be priced at 7900 Thai Baht or $265.
As per the previous leaks, the ASUS ME371MG Fonepad K004 will pack in a 7-inch IPS screen with display resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and will be powered by Intel Atom Z2420 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz coupled with 1 GB RAM. The ASUS Fonepad K004 will launch with 3G radio on-board for faster access to the internet and have 16 GB of internal memory with possibly a 3 MP camera at the rear of the tablet.
