Videocon launches 2G calling tablet VT 75C for Rs. 6499

With increasing number of tablets from global manufacturers entering the Indian market, Videocon has taken up the challenge to engage the price-conscious Indian market by producing very low priced tablets.

The Videocon VT 75C tablet aims to provide all round functionality including calling on 2G networks. The 7 inch tablet with high resolution display has a dedicated SIM slot to enable voice calling. The device is powered by a 1 GHz processor with 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage.

The tablet has two cameras, a 2 megapixel rear camera and a front facing VGA camera. The device runs on the Android Jelly Bean OS. To provide a long lasting power, the tablet is packed with a 3000 mAh battery. The tablet is priced at Rs. 6499
