Nokia is in high gear now with the big tie up with Microsoft. They are planning to finish off their symbian phones before 2011. Their 2 leaks this week with images backing up as the proof of what seems to 2 touch and type phones in the C series and the E series.
Most likely to be a touch and type, called E6.
The first one looks from the E series. The multiple home screens and the battery and signal indicators look similar to that of s^3. According to an XML sheet, the screen is 2.6 inch with a resolution of 640×480 which will be a first for a Nokia touch phone. The fingerprints give us a clue that it can be a touch screen with a QWERTY keypad.
Probably will be named as the c3-xx
Another phone was leaked which looks quite similar to the C3 and the C5. Most likely to run on S40 UI, it is a slider phone packed with a resistive touch screen and dedicated call keys. Nokia has not confirmed any of the handsets. Let’s see what Nokia is cooking as the first quarter is about to end.
