With the IFA starting this week, a lot of companies are pulling the cover off their products which they want to showcase at the expo to be held in Berlin. Alcatel has announced its flagship device, with a slim form.
The Alcatel One Touch Idol X, which is available in flashy colour variants of Yellow and Red, has a sleek and slim form factor with a thickness of just 6.9 mm. the device has a 5 inch fully laminated display made of Dragontrail glass. The smartphone is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad core MT6589+ chip along with 2 GB of RAM.
The Alcatel One Touch Idol X would be available in single and dual SIM variants, with the latter carrying 16 GB of internal storage and the former just 8 GB. The device has a massive 13 MP camera with LED flash and 1080p video support. There is also a front facing 2 MP camera. However the device has just a 2000 mAh battery.
