BSNL will be offer full talk value equal to MRP on all Top-up vouchers/C-top-up/Flexi top-up to be offered to all GSM 2G & 3G Mobile prepaid customers for Top-up denomination of Rs.100 or more. In case if the existing talktime recharge voucher is offering more talk time than the MRP then customers will get higher talk value. This offer is valid from today i.e. 10th March 2011 till 31st March 2011.
