Tata Indicom has come up with a new SMS Pack – Ulta SMS Pack – which will offer National SMSes at a cost lower than that of local SMSes. Under this plan, National SMSes will cost 5 paise/SMS while for sending a local SMS subscribers will have to pay 10 paise/SMS.ULTA SMS PACK is similar to Ulta Plan, where in STD calls are cheaper than local calls. Post sending 100 SMSes per day, all local SMSes will be charged at Re. 1 per SMS and STD SMSes at Rs 1.5 per SMS. While on roaming SMSes will be charged at Rs 3 per SMS and ISD SMSes will be charged at Rs 5 per SMS.
To activate ULTA SMS PACK, pre-paid customers have to send an SMS ‘SMSULTA’ to 12524. Subscription charges of this pack are Rs 11 for 30 days. ULTA SMS PACK will be activated and benefits will be credited to customer within 48 hours.
