Xiaomi set to launch more smartphones in India on July 15

After marking its entry into the Indian smartphone market by announcing the Xiaomi Mi 3, the company is now set to expand with hopes of capturing the market soon.

Xiaomi has teased its upcoming launch event which is scheduled to be held in New Delhi on July 15. The event will showcase the recently announced Mi 3 along with at least another two devices. Our best guess would be the Redmi, Redmi Note and maybe even the Mi Pad. The event would also feature Xiaomi co-founder Bin Lin, Xiaomi Global VP Hugo Barra and India head Manu Jain.

The Xiaomi Mi 3 is slotted to go on sale on July 15. Similarly, the other devices launched at the event would go on sale on the same day, as the company has exclusively partnered with Flipkart for online sales and distribution. After the success with Moto smartphones, Flipkart may once again break the Indian smartphone market with the upcoming Xiaomi devices.
