After launching its much awaited 4G LTE services exclusively for its employees, Reliance Jio is now gearing for the launch of its smartphone range.
The yet to be announced smartphones in Reliance Jio’s LYF handset brand are now listed on Reliance Digital’s official online store. As of now only three handsets are listed on the store – the LYF Earth 1, the LYF Water 1 and the LYF Water 2. The handsets are priced in the range of Rs. 14690 to Rs. 23990. The handsets are expected to be officially announced in the first week of February.
The LYF smartphones listed on the online store have display sizes between starting at 5 inches up to 5.5 inches. Interestingly, the LYF Earth 1 is said to be a premium offering with monolithic design with a rear glass finish. It also flaunts a dual rear camera setup. The Water series is more of the affordable offerings. Sources suggest that the handsets would be bundled with exclusive Reliance Jio 4G plans.
