As we have already shown you how to undo text by shaking your iPhone or iPad, today, we will show you how you can turn off Shake to Undo feature that’s available on your iPhone or iPad having iOS 9 or later. As good as it is, people also find it annoying because it triggers the undo trick automatically and bothers you when doing something.

Note: Your device must be on iOS 9 or later to turn off the Shake to Undo feature.

To turn off the shake to undo feature here’s what you need to do.

Step 1: Go to the Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap on General. Swipe to find the Accessibility option.

Step 2: Under Accessibility on the right, scroll down and locate ‘Shake to Undo‘. You will notice that it is turned on indicating the status. Tap on it and pick the slider switch to turn it off. They gray color shows that the ‘Shake to Undo’ feature is turned off.
