While we have heard quite a few rumours about the Mi Note 2, the handset may be officially announced sooner than we expected.
According to sources, Xiaomi will unveil the next generation Mi Note 2 later this month. The company is apparently planning a launch event on July 25. Further, the source also confirmed that the smartphone would sport a 5.7 inch display with 6 GB of RAM, which closely match the rumours so far.
Interestingly, Xiaomi seems to be positioning the launch in time for Samsung’s Galaxy Note7. Besides the unbelievable pricing, the handset is touted to feature some killer specs. Xiaomi had even recently teased that the Mi Note 2 would be better than the flagship Mi 5. We are eagerly waiting for July 25.
