Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Plus with fingerprint scanner launched for Rs. 7999

Continuing with the success of the Unite 4 and the Unite 4 Plus, Micromax has now launched another smartphone in the series – the Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Plus.

Micromax has announced the launch of the Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Plus, which is the company’s latest addition to the Canvas Unite 4 series with a full metal body and a fingerprint scanner. The device has a 5 inch IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.1 GHz quad core MediaTek processor with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.

The Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Plus comes loaded with the Indus OS 2.0 with support for 12 regional languages, including the newly added Urdu and Assamese. The patented Indus Swipe feature allows users to swipe right to translate from English to regional languages and vice versa and also to swipe left to transliterate. The device is also compatible for Indus-to-Indus free messaging.

The Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Plus has an 8 MP rear facing auto focus camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Marshmallow version with a 2200 mAh battery. The phone has dual SIM support with 4G LTE connectivity. The handset is priced at Rs. 7999.
