Back in April this year, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) had announced the launch of STV 45 and STV 49 for its users in Kolkata telecom circle letting them freedom to make Local and STD calls at a reduced price.
At the time, the offer was introduced for a limited period and now BSNL has announced an extension of these promotional STVs until 03-11-2012.
With STV 45, BSNL users can make Local calls at reduced rates which are BSNL Network (On Net) at just 15p/minute and all Local call charges to other Network (Off Net) will be charged at Rs. 40p/minute.
While STV 45 is dedicated for Local calls, STV 49 is all in for STD calls. With this STV, BSNL users opting in for it can make all STD call charges within BSNL Network (On Net) at just 20p/minute. Whereas STD calls to other Network (Off Net) will be chargeable at a reduced rate of 40p/minute.
If you are a BSNL user from Kolkata Telecom Circle, then you can opt in for any of the STV which fulfils your requirement until 03-11-2012. Also these STVs are not applicable for student special plan, JAI JAWAN plan & Kolkata @ 5paise plan.
