With the Mobile World Congress just around the corner, where the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Plus is expected to be launched, Samsung has finally launched the Wi-Fi version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 311 in the Indian markets.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 311 is a Wi-Fi only model with the latest updated Android Jelly Bean OS. The 7 inch display has an effective 1024 x 600 pixels resolution. The tablet has a 3 megapixels rear camera and also a 0.3 megapixels front facing camera.

While the 3G version of the Galaxy Tab 2 was launched in India in mid-2012, the Wi-Fi version was indefinitely delayed. This delay helped to get the latest Android version. Samsung has been trying to price its new devices reasonably so as not to get affected by the affordable devices launched by other mobile companies.
