Ai+ Smartphone has announced a new review-first launch strategy for its upcoming Nova2 Neo and Nova2 Pro smartphones, introducing an unrestricted pre-sale review program designed to prioritize transparency and community feedback before the devices become available to consumers.
Under the initiative, the company will distribute the Nova2 Neo and Nova2 Pro to reviewers, creators, journalists, and members of the technology community across India ahead of the official sales window. Unlike traditional smartphone launches, Ai+ Smartphone says there will be no embargoes, no scripted messaging, and no editorial restrictions governing how the devices are reviewed.
According to the company, reviewers will be free to publish their findings immediately after receiving the smartphones. The brand says it will not impose review guidelines or curated launch experiences, allowing reviewers to independently evaluate the devices under real-world conditions.
No Embargoes, No Review Restrictions
Ai+ Smartphone says the new policy is designed to encourage honest assessments and provide consumers with access to independent feedback before making purchasing decisions.
As part of the initiative:

The company says reviewers are being encouraged to thoroughly test all aspects of the smartphones, including hardware performance, software experience, camera capabilities, battery life, charging performance, connectivity, and day-to-day reliability.
7-Day Review Window Before Sales Begin
In a departure from conventional smartphone launch strategies, Ai+ Smartphone has confirmed that the Nova2 Neo and Nova2 Pro will not go on sale immediately after being distributed to reviewers.
Instead, the company will provide a dedicated seven-day review period before opening sales to consumers. This window is intended to allow the technology community sufficient time to evaluate the devices and publish detailed reviews, helping potential buyers make more informed decisions.
The company says this approach places independent feedback ahead of traditional launch timelines and marketing campaigns.
Independent Reviews to be Published on Official Website
As part of its transparency initiative, Ai+ Smartphone has also announced plans to host independent reviews directly on its official website in real time.
According to the company, all reviews will be made publicly accessible regardless of whether the feedback is positive, critical, or mixed. The goal is to provide prospective customers with a broader view of how the devices perform before they reach the market.
Ai+ Smartphone says the initiative reflects its belief that future technology products should be built around accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement based on community feedback.
Expanding the Nova Series Portfolio
The Nova2 Neo and Nova2 Pro are the latest additions to the company’s growing Nova Series smartphone lineup. The new models are positioned below the flagship Nova2 Ultra and are expected to bring several core Nova Series features to a wider range of consumers.
With the launch, Ai+ Smartphone aims to further expand its smartphone portfolio while reinforcing its focus on transparency and consumer trust.
The company says feedback collected during the seven-day review period will offer the first large-scale real-world look at the Nova2 Neo and Nova2 Pro before they officially become available for purchase, providing consumers with independent perspectives on the devices ahead of their market debut.
