ASUS India has announced expanded access to genuine laptop battery replacements through select ASUS Exclusive Stores (AES) and authorized service channels across the country. The initiative is aimed at improving after-sales support, enhancing device longevity, and ensuring users have easier access to authentic replacement components backed by official warranty coverage.

The expansion forms part of ASUS India’s broader “Assurance” after-sales framework, which focuses on improving service accessibility, customer support, repair quality, and long-term device reliability across both consumer and gaming laptop portfolios.
With the new initiative, ASUS users can now obtain genuine replacement batteries through authorized channels while benefiting from professional installation and official service support. The company says using verified batteries helps maintain device performance, safety standards, and long-term reliability compared to unauthorized replacement components.
One of the key highlights of the program is the availability of genuine ASUS batteries through ASUS Exclusive Stores and authorized channel partners across multiple regions in India. Every authorized battery replacement includes professional installation support and is covered by a one-year warranty, providing users with added peace of mind and service assurance.
In addition to replacement services, ASUS is also focusing on battery health education through its service ecosystem. Customers will receive guidance on optimized charging practices, thermal management, and timely maintenance procedures that can help extend battery lifespan and improve overall laptop performance.
The expanded support covers a broad range of ASUS consumer, productivity, creator, and gaming laptops. Supported consumer and productivity models include the ASUS ExpertBook P1, ASUS Vivobook series, ASUS Vivobook 16X, ASUS Vivobook Go, ASUS Vivobook Pro, and ASUS ProArt lineup.
Gaming users are also covered under the initiative, including owners of ASUS TUF Gaming laptops and several Republic of Gamers (ROG) models such as the ASUS ROG Strix G15, ASUS ROG Strix G17, ASUS ROG Strix SCAR series, ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15, and ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16.
To simplify the replacement process, ASUS has introduced a Battery Finder microsite that allows users to locate nearby ASUS Exclusive Stores, authorized partners, or service centers by entering their laptop model number. The tool is designed to help users quickly identify authorized support channels for battery replacement and related service requirements.
The expanded battery replacement program is now available across multiple regions in India, including Delhi NCR, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, and North-East India.
ASUS says the initiative reflects its continued focus on strengthening customer support infrastructure while ensuring users have access to genuine replacement parts, professional servicing, and long-term device care throughout the lifecycle of their laptops.
