Add MobiGyaan as a preferred source on GoogleAirtel has launched new Postpaid plans in India with Free International Roaming included as an additional benefit. Starting 8th October 2026, customers opting for the new plans will get one international trip with free roaming every year, along with the existing postpaid benefits.
The complimentary International Roaming benefit includes 5 GB of data, 60 minutes of calls, 25 outgoing SMS, and free incoming SMS, with a validity of 5 days. Customers can activate the roaming pack at the time of their choice. On Airtel Postpaid family plans, every family member included in the plan gets their own free International Roaming benefit.

The free International Roaming pack provides 5 GB data, 60 minutes of calls, 25 outgoing SMS, and free incoming SMS for 5 days. The pack can be activated when the customer actually starts their international trip, rather than being activated automatically at the beginning of the billing cycle.
For family plans, Airtel is extending the benefit to each SIM included in the plan. This means every family member covered under an eligible Airtel Postpaid family plan gets 1 Free International Roaming trip per year.

The new plans include Unlimited Data and Calling, along with network-level protection against spam and fraudulent links. Airtel is also offering its Fast Lane technology as part of the postpaid experience.
Depending on the plan, customers also get access to various entertainment and cloud subscriptions, including Amazon Prime, JioHotstar, Xstream Play Premium, Google One, Apple Music, Apple iCloud+, and Netflix. Customers also get access to the Airtel Postpaid Advantage Club, which includes experiences such as comedy shows, movie premieres, and concerts.
Airtel Postpaid Plans Starting at ₹499
Airtel’s new postpaid lineup starts at ₹499 per month for an individual connection and goes up to ₹1,799 per month for a family plan covering up to five SIMs. All six plans include Unlimited Data and Calling, Spam and Fraud Prevention, and 1 Free International Roaming trip per SIM per year.
The ₹499 Individual plan includes Xstream Play Premium and Google One. The ₹749 Family of 2 plan adds Amazon Prime and JioHotstar, while the ₹1,049 Family of 3 and ₹1,249 Family of 4 plans include Apple iCloud+, Apple Music, Amazon Prime, JioHotstar, Xstream Play Premium, and Google One.
The higher-priced ₹1,449 Family of 4 plan adds Netflix Basic, while the ₹1,799 Family of 5 plan comes with Netflix Standard along with Apple iCloud+, Apple Music, Amazon Prime, JioHotstar, Xstream Play Premium, and Google One.

The new Airtel Postpaid plans will be available from 8th October 2026. Existing Airtel customers on old postpaid or prepaid plans can upgrade through the Airtel App or by visiting an Airtel Store. Non-Airtel customers can switch to Airtel Postpaid by raising a switching request through the Airtel App or at an Airtel Store.
