Months after launching the Alcatel Idol 4S running on Android, Alcatel has now launched the Windows variant of the smartphone.
Alcatel has announced the launch of the Alcatel Idol 4S, which is the company’s latest 4G smartphone running on Windows 10 mobile. The device has a 5.5 inch IPS display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 2.15 GHz quad core Snapdragon 820 processor with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage.
The Alcatel Idol 4S has a 21 MP rear facing auto focus camera with Sony IMX230 sensor and dual-tone LED flash. There is also a front facing 8 MP camera with LED flash. The device runs on the Windows 10 Mobile version with a 3000 mAh battery. The phone has dual SIM support with 4G LTE connectivity. The handset is priced at $469.99 (approx. Rs. 31300) and is available in Black with Gold colour.
