With the increasing demand for ultra-affordable Android smartphones, Alcatel has now launched the Alcatel One Touch Fierce XL in the US.
Alcatel has announced the launch of the Alcatel One Touch Fierce XL, which is the company’s latest budget smartphone in the One Touch series running the latest Android Lollipop version. The device has a 5.5 inch IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by an entry level 1.1 GHz quad core Snapdragon 210 processor with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.
The Alcatel One Touch Fierce XL has an 8 MP rear facing auto focus camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing 2 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Lollipop version with a 2500 mAh battery and surprisingly has 4G LTE support. The handset is priced at just $139 and could possibly launch in India as well later this year.
