The Apple iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus which were unveiled last week are now out of stock. All the models of iPhone 7 Plus and the Jet Black variant of iPhone 7 are sold out during the online pre-order period.

Both these models will go on sale today in some countries through Apple Stores. However, with the iPhone 7 Jet Black and all the models of iPhone 7 Plus now out of stock, those who were standing in line outside the stores to get their favorite iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus model are surely going to be disappointed. This means that customers at Apple Stores without reservation will have to wait till the stocks are replenished.

Even though the Jet Black variant is prone to scratches, it’s surprising to see the Jet Black variant of iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus going out of stock. But again, having said that, it’s difficult to resist the urge to buy a Jet Black variant after all. Apple has also stated that the iPhone 7 in other colors will also be available in limited quantities at the Apple Stores.

“Beginning Friday, limited quantities of iPhone 7 in silver, gold, rose gold, and black will be available for walk-in customers at Apple retail stores. During the online pre-order period, initial quantities of iPhone 7 Plus in all finishes and iPhone 7 in jet black sold out and will not be available for walk-in customers. Availability at partner locations for all finishes may vary and we recommend checking directly with them.” said Apple in a statement.

There’s still some hope though for customers as this statement from Apple was regarding its own stores. Other local stores and partners might still have the iPhone you want available in stock.

So, which iPhone are you buying?
