Samsung is in trouble now as Apple has won against the company and has forced to stop the sale of its newest Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia.  The device is said to infringe 10 Apple patents, including the look and feel, and touch screen technology of the iPad said Steven Burley, a lawyer for Apple to the Federal Court Justice Annabelle Bennett in Sydney yesterday. Apple sought an Australian injunction and also wants to stop Samsung from selling the tablet in other countries.

Samsung has also agreed to stop advertising the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia and will not be selling it until it wins the court’s approval or the lawsuit is resolved. If Apple loses its patent infringement lawsuit, it has agreed to pay Samsung for the damages.
