Well, earlier this week ASUS took the center stage and announced the launch of the ASUS Padfone in the Indian subcontinent.
And today we see a picture of probable specs getting leaked from what seems to the actual retail box of the upcoming Padfone 2 which the company is expected to unveil on October 16th.
Yes, the Padfone 2 is already on its way and seems to arrive with some impressive specs such as:
- 4.7 inch IPS+ LCS screen
- Display resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels
- Impressive 700 nits of brightness
- 1.5 GHz Qualcomm APQ8064 quad-core
- 2 GB RAM
- 13 MP camera on the rear
- 1.2 MP camera on the front
- 3G, 4G LTE support
- 9mm thick
- 135 grams
- 2140 mAh battery
Going by the specifications, the Padfone 2 seems to be arriving with some rocking specs on-board and in-line to compete with the top-line Android smartphones.
With this, there are no details on the specifications of the tablet part of the Padfone 2 but as we near the launch we expect more leaks to flow in.
