Add MobiGyaan as a preferred source on GoogleHomegrown smartphone brand boltt, from the house of Fire-Boltt, has announced a network of more than 250 authorized service centers across India ahead of the upcoming sales of its first smartphones, the Boltt Ace 5G and Boltt Evo. The expanded service network is designed to provide repair and warranty support to customers from the launch of the devices. The service infrastructure leverages Fire-Boltt’s existing after-sales network, giving boltt customers access to support across major metropolitan areas as well as tier-1 and tier-2 cities.

250+ Service Centers Across India

The initial service network covers key cities across different regions of the country, including:

  • North: Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow
  • West: Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad
  • South: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai
  • East & Northeast: Kolkata, Patna, Guwahati

Customers with a valid device and purchase invoice will be able to access both in-warranty and out-of-warranty services. The authorized centers will support component-level repairs, hardware replacements, and software diagnostics.

Boltt Care For Customer Support

boltt is also integrating a dedicated customer support platform called Boltt Care into its smartphone software. The pre-installed service allows users to initiate support requests directly from their smartphones.

Through Boltt Care, users can:

  • Log repair and assistance requests
  • Connect with technical support teams and live representatives
  • Access support through phone, WhatsApp, and email

The system is intended to provide customers with a direct channel for after-sales assistance without having to independently locate support resources.

Service Network to Expand to 350 – 400 Centers

boltt plans to further expand its service infrastructure as smartphone sales increase. Over the next 6 to 8 months, the company aims to increase its nationwide footprint to between 350 and 400 authorized service centers.

The company is also developing a doorstep pickup and repair service framework to extend after-sales support beyond physical service locations.

The boltt Ace 5G and Boltt Evo launched earlier this week, with both smartphones featuring 6.79-inch 120 Hz displays, Android 16, 6,000mAh batteries, and Google Gemini-powered AI features. The Ace 5G starts at ₹13,999, while the Evo starts at ₹10,999, with special Day 1 pricing from ₹12,999 and ₹9,999, respectively. Sales are scheduled to begin exclusively on Flipkart.com from 1st September 2026 at 12:00 PM.
