The month of October has started and we are back with all the available free talk time offers for the users of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) of different circles.

Tamil Nadu:
BSNL has announced a full talk time offer on the top up coupon of Rs. 220 for its users in Tamil Nadu telecom circle where user option in for the top up voucher of Rs. 220 ONLY through C-Top up will get a full talktime of Rs. 220. This offer is valid up to 10-09-2012.
Chennai:
BSNL users in Chennai Telecom Circle also have the top up voucher of Rs. 220 eligible for the full talk time offer and they can opt in for the top up via C-Top up & Paper voucher too. This offer is valid up to 10-09-2012.
Kerala:
The BSNL Kerala has decided to offer full talk time on top up voucher of Rs. 220 for its users in Kerala Telecom Circle throughout the month of September.
Rajasthan:
Users of BSNL Rajasthan are also eligible for a full talktime offer and they will have to opt in for the top up voucher of Rs. 250 which will give them full talk value equal to the MRP of the voucher. The offer on the voucher of Rs. 250 is valid through the month of September.
West Bengal:
BSNL users from West Bengal telecom circle have the option to opt in for the top up of Rs. 200 which will give them full talk time and is valid for the month of September.
Kolkata:
If you are a BSNL user from Kolkata Telecom Circle, then top up voucher of Rs. 220 is all that you need to opt in for and you will get full talk time of Rs. 220. This top up voucher is valid for the whole month of September.
