BSNL has announced a ‘Student Special Plan’ for its subscribers in Kerala Telecom Circle. Under this offer FRC will be available at Rs. 40 and its users will get Free on-net Voice calls of Rs. 30 and off-net voice calls of Rs. 10. (This voice call balance is to be consumed within 30 days of activation.) BSNL will also offer Free data usage of 50 along with 600 local and national SMSes on this offer.

Student subscriber will have to recharge with Rs.22 every month either through SMS or C-TopUp to extend the validity. The format of SMS is STV22 to 53733. The student customer will get additional Plan Validity of 30 days & 300 Free SMS & 100 MB Free Data Usage on recharge of this Special Voucher of Rs.22.
