While the Chennai floods continue to disrupt the city, BSNL is now offering free calls, SMS and data package to the customers.
BSNL has announced that it would offer free calls, SMS and data package for its customers in Chennai to facilitate relief operations during this natural calamity. It is offering all the prepaid customers free local and STD voice calls and 100 MB free data.
Similarly, the post-paid BSNL customers will be given a rental rebate of seven days and extension of billing cycle by 15 days. The landline and broadband subscribers would receive free voice calls and 100 MB internet package. All these free services can be availed for a period of seven days.
