Casio launches a rugged Android Smart Phone in the US

Casio has launched the G’zOne Commando on Verizon network in the US. It is a strong and rugged smart phone featuring Android 2.2. The handset is designed to meet military spec MIL-STD-810G toughness standards meaning that it has been tested thoroughly and  can withstand water, humidity, heat, pressure , physical torture etc.

The features of the ‘strong and smart’ phone include a 3.6 inch WVGA display with hardened Gorilla glass, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth, 512MB RAM and 1GB ROM, microSD card support up to 32GB and a 5MP auto-focus camera.
