The smartwatch comes with a 1.43-inch AMOLED display, dual-band GPS, up to 13 days of battery life, AI-powered fitness insights, ChatGPT integration, Bluetooth calling, IP68 rating, and more. The CMF Watch 3 Pro is positioned as an everyday smartwatch with enhanced fitness tracking and smart features, succeeding the CMF Watch Pro 2.
On the design front, the watch features a precision-milled metal body paired with soft-touch silicone straps and is available in Light Green, Dark Grey, Light Grey, and Orange color options. It carries an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. The front side sports a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with ultra-thin bezels, offering 466 x 466 resolution, 60 FPS refresh rate, and up to 670 nits peak brightness. It also supports Always-On Display (AOD) and over 120 customizable watch faces, including AI-generated options.
In terms of fitness and health tracking, the CMF Watch 3 Pro includes a dual-band five-system GPS (L1 + L5) setup for improved location accuracy. It supports 130+ sports modes with 7 smart recognition activities and features an upgraded 4-channel heart rate sensor along with a 6-axis accelerometer for improved tracking precision. Additional features include Active Score (MET-based weekly summary), AI-powered workout insights, sleep tracking, SpO2 monitoring, stress tracking, hydration reminders, and women’s health tracking.
On the smart features side, the smartwatch integrates with the Nothing X app and offers ChatGPT-powered voice assistance, allowing users to ask queries, set reminders, and perform quick tasks. It also includes Bluetooth calling with an additional microphone, voice recorder with transcription, gesture shortcuts, quick replies, and an “Essential News” feature for daily updates.
For battery, the CMF Watch 3 Pro packs a 350mAh battery, offering up to 13 days of typical usage, up to 10 days with heavy usage, and up to 4.5 days with AOD enabled. It also supports up to 60 days in power-saving mode and around 17.2 hours of continuous GPS usage, with a full charge taking approximately 99 minutes.
