Details of Airtel Freedom Plan (Pay Per Second)

airtel-freedom-planReacting to the competition from various Telecom Operators who started providing Per Second Pulse rate Airtel has launched Pay Per Second Plan which is branded by Airtel as “Freedom Plan”. Pay per second plan available for all existing & New customers.

Tariff details of Airtel Freedom Plan :
– All A2A local and STD calls at – 1p / sec
– All Airtel to other calls at – 1.2p / sec
– ILD and SMS will continue to be charged at current tariffs
– Roaming charges will continue at current tariffs i.e local calls at Rs 1 /min and STD calls at Rs 1.5 / min
– 1 year tariff validity


Freedom Plan has following constraints :

Freedom Plan cannot be combined with any other SVV. You can recharge with Freedom plan, however the benefit of your existing SVV will stop. Similarly, if you recharge with any SVV after taking the Freedom plan, the benefit of freedom plan will stop.

Freedom Plan cannot be combined with any other DA pack. In case you have free minutes in any DA account the same will continue till the free minutes get exhausted or the validity of free minutes is over.

If you are an existing Special 5 customer, for calls made to numbers added in your Special 5 group you will be charged at the Special 5 plan tariff (i.e A2A local@20p/min and A2A STD@50p/min). For all other calls you will be charged at the Freedom Plan tariff.
