Fruit Ninja, the original fruit slicing title for Android smartphones now has a free version available on the Android market. The free version is ad-supported and it seems to be just like the older paid version.

Fruit Ninja features three packed gameplay modes – Classic, Zen and the new Arcade, featuring powerups including Freeze, Frenzy and Double Score. The bonus Dojo section includes unlockable blades and backgrounds, and you can also unlock achievements and post scores to the online leaderboards with Openfeint.

Now surely the game has gone free of cost because of a similar free game was available called Fruit Slice. All in all, you can try both and slice out some fruity action.

Get the game from here.
