Gionee will launch its S10 smartphone today at an event held in China. Gionee S10 is the successor to the Gionee S9. Gionee shared a post on Weibo which reveals the name of the device and its launch set at 3 PM CST (12:30 PM IST). Gionee S10 will surprisingly come with 4 cameras as the leaked image shows.
According to the leaks we saw earlier, the Gionee S10 will feature dual cameras on both sides, i.e. dual cameras on the front and dual cameras on the back and that makes a total of four cameras. It will feature a 16 MP camera and 8 MP camera at the back while at the front, it is said to feature a 20 MP camera along with an 8 MP camera. By knowing the front camera flaunts 20 MP + 8 MP, it will be a selfie-oriented phone.
The Gionee S10 could be the flagship device by looking at the specs. The specifications include a large 3,700 mAh or 3,450 mAh battery, 4 GB or 6 GB of RAM, 2.0 GHz octa-core processor and 64 GB internal storage which can be expanded via MicroSD up to 128 GB.
The Gionee S10 will be using a 5.5-inch full HD display (1920 x 1080 pixels resolution). The smartphone will come with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and in two variants, 4 GB RAM and 6 GB RAM. Further leaked information suggest that the phone will be made available in two colors – Black and Gold color options.
However, all this information is not official and based on the leak. We will find out once the company launches the phone.
