While we have been eagerly awaiting the upcoming Nexus smartphones, Google has now officially sent out press invites for an upcoming launch event.
Google has sent out press invites for an upcoming launch event which is scheduled for September 29. While the invite only says, “Join us for some tasty new treats and much s’more”, given the previous rumours of the new Nexus smartphones launching on September 29, we can expect the company to unveil the flagship smartphones at the event.
This year around, Google is expected to launch two Nexus smartphones – one by LG called the Nexus 5X and the other by Huawei called the Nexus 6P. Both the devices would run on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow which also would be launched at the event. Other than that, we can also expect a new chromecast device. We should have more updates on September 29.
