HTC is well known for putting its core apps on the Google Play store. While the vendor has already released many apps and services, it has now released the Lock Screen app.
HTC has released the HTC Lock Screen app on the Google Play store. The lock screen, which is the HTC Sense 6 UI lock, can be currently used on HTC devices only. After installing the new lock screen, users can get the limited features of the HTC Sense 6 UI like swipe right on the Lock Screen to jump straight into BlinkFeed, or swipe left to access the Widget Home.
The HTC Lock Screen app notifications, clock and weather information right on the lock screen. Unfortunately the app is currently available only to HTC smartphones running the Sense UI. The company apparently is working to make it available to all Android devices. You can try out the latest lock screen by directly downloading it from the Google Play store.
