It seems like Indian handset manufacturers have finally started waking up to the new reality heralded by Xiaomi and are making efforts to actually deliver some paisa vasool handsets to us. One such phone is the just launched Karbonn Titanium S19 which comes with a 5-inch HD display, Android KitKat onboard, 13-megapixel rear cam and 1 GB RAM.
Other than that, the handset also comes with a 1.3-GHz quad-core processor, dual-SIM capability, 8 GB internal storage and 32 GB MicroSD support.
Karbonn has not just loaded the phone with these specs just for enamoring the consumer with cool sounding specs but not much to show by the way of performance. In fact, the 13-megapixel rear cam is actually armed with a BSI sensor and also capable of making 1080p videos. All this is accompanied by a 2000 mAh battery.
The Karbonn Titanium S19 actually sounds pretty good on paper. Let’s wait and see whether it is actually up to the mark.
