Lenovo A526 launched in India for Rs 9499

Lenovo has just announced their latest addition to the A series of smartphones dubbed A526. The Lenovo A526 is an Android smartphone aimed at the budget market. So, let’s take a look at what it brings, shall we?

Lenovo A526 features a 4.5-inch WVGA display and is powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad-core MediaTek processor. It features 1 GB RAM, 4 GB of internal storage with support for microSD expansion. There’s a 5 MP rear camera and a VGA front facing camera.

Lenovo A526 comes with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, which is heavily customised by Lenovo. The device features a 2000 mAh battery powering all the hardware and the battery is user replaceable. Like all the other Android smartphones in its price range, the A256 comes with dual SIM functionality. Other connectivity options include 3G, WiFi b/g/n and Bluetooth.

The Lenovo A276 is priced at Rs. 9,499 and it will be available at Lenovo’s official thedostore.com and across 1,400 Lenovo exclusive stores from April 5, 2014.
