PC and Laptop sales have decreased in the last couple of years due to the growing market of tablets. Smartphones and tablets come with sufficiently powerful hardware nowadays that can get the basic tasks done without having to use a laptop or a desktop. The reason for saying all this is because a gigantic Lenovo tablet running on Android has been spotted on GFXBench.
