While the Nexus 5 has been doing rounds with new rumours about the device on a daily basis, new info claims that the launch of the device is very close.
According to sources, the LG Nexus 5 along with the recently announced Android KitKat v4.4 are expected to be launched on October 14. The new version of Android, which according to Google would offer an amazing Android experience for everybody, may offer changes to the Fragments system (responsive design), a new accent colour scheme, Miracast updates, new Gallery visualizations, animation APIs, and a notification widget.
While the Android KitKat v4.4 is said to just an incremental update from v4.3, we would expect much more in terms of customizations. While it is quite known that the next version of Android was supposed to release in October, it hasn’t been officially confirmed by Google as yet. Similarly, the alleged LG Nexus 5 is making repeated appearances at the FCC.
