Rajesh Magow, Co-Founder and Group CEO, MakeMyTrip, said, “Travel sits at the intersection of real-time data, where prices and inventory changes are dynamic in nature, and high personal variance, where the same query can mean very different things depending on who is asking and why. Myra is built to understand both layers, the live inventory and the human context, and to personalize based on both. The Agentic AI flows inside Myra are now completing complex multi-step bookings end-to-end, including international flight and hotel reservations, categories considered the hardest to automate conversationally.”
