After initial teaser about its upcoming launch, Micromax has officially announced the company’s latest high-end affordable smartphone offering – the Micromax Canvas Nitro.
Micromax has announced the launch of the Micromax Canvas Nitro, which is the latest addition to its high-end Canvas range of smartphones. The device has a 5 inch IPS display with 178-degree viewing angle, anti-fingerprint oleophobic coating and resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by the octa core MediaTek processor clocked at 1.7 GHz along with 2 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.
The Micromax Canvas Nitro has a 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with Sony IMX135 CMOS sensor, f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera with OmniVision OV5648 sensor. The device runs on the latest Android KitKat version with a 2500 mAh battery. The phone has a leather-like back cover for a premium feel. The handset is priced at Rs. 12990 and is available exclusively on Snapdeal.
