Last month, there were rumors about Indian smartphone manufacturer Micromax working on a smartphone with dual-rear camera setup. While we didn’t hear much about it later, the teasers shared by the company on Twitter hint at a smartphone which might come with a dual camera setup.

Micromax recently shared a teaser image on Twitter by tweeting “Because just awesome is boring“. The image says “Beyond Awesome” in a way which hints at dual camera setup. However, if looked differently, the moon used as O in the word beyond also looks like LED flash to us which hints at a smartphone coming with LED flash on the front. Well, we haven’t heard anything like that recently, hence, a smartphone with dual camera setup at the back is the best bet for now.
Micromax had also shared a GIF on Twitter a couple of days ago by tweeting “This. Is. Just. The. Beginning. Get ready.“. That GIF (pictured above) said “Cannot Overlook” with the O in both the words glowing. This too looks like a dual camera setup on a smartphone.
The placement of O in both the teasers is vertical which corroborates with the leaked image (pictured above) of a Micromax smartphone that showed off the dual camera setup at its back. Going by that image, the smartphone seems to have a LED flash on the front as well, and, also has a fingerprint scanner on the front which is housed on the home button. The smartphone can also be seen running Android Nougat.
Well, we expect more such teasers to be shared by Micromax if it is really going to launch a smartphone with dual camera setup in the coming days.
