With the increasing demand for high speed internet services, MTNL has announced new high speed internet plans for their customers.
With the new MTNL plans new Broadband customer in Mumbai can avail download speed of minimum 1 Mbps across all the plans. Similarly, the existing users can upgrade to the higher speed plans to enjoy the speed. MTNL further plans to take the minimum speed to 2 Mbps by 2015. There are many plans ranging from Rs. 550 to Rs. 2350.
With the new unlimited plans of Rs. 550 and Rs. 650, users would get 1 Mbps download speeds in the daytime and 1.5 Mbps during nights. Similarly with plans starting from Rs. 699, where users would get 2 Mbps speed with 12 GB data limit, up to Rs. 2500 where users would get 2 Mbps speed with 150 GB data limit. There is also an 8 Mbps plan starting from Rs. 1050.
