With shopping malls being a prime attraction for customers, MTS has opened unique retail points in Big Bazaar locations across Kolkata.
Sistema Shyam TeleServices Ltd. (SSTL), which operates as MTS in India, has partnered with Big Bazaar to setup in-shop kiosks in 12 Big Bazaar stores in Kolkata. The unique shop-in-shop retail MTS points would be opened in Big Bazaar stores located in Esplanade, Sealdah, Salt Lake, Avani Mall, Lilua, VIP, Diamond City North, Birati, Hiland Park, Jadavpur Orbit Mall, Woodsquare and Lake Mall.
The in-shop MTS kiosks would serve as an extension of MTS branded stores and allow customers to experience the entire range of MTS products and services including new connections, recharge (both Voice & Data), bill payments, SIM replacement. Also the various value added services (VAS) provided by the company would be featured at the kiosk.
The MTS kiosks in the Big Bazaar stores would also let customers experience the latest MBlaze Ultra device with various affordable tariff plans. Similarly the MTS Duet II with dual SIM support is available for Rs. 5199 bundled with unlimited data and voice calls.
Speaking about the initiative, Sandeep Marwaha, Chief Operating Officer, Kolkata and West Bengal Circles, MTS India, said, “We are constantly working to provide our customers with exceptional retail and service experience.
