MTV Slash 4X quad core Android tablet launched for Rs. 8990

After partnering last year to launch the MTV Slash Tablet last year, MTV India and Swipe Telecom have taken their partnership ahead by launching the new MTV Slash 4X, which is the thinner and lighter version of the earlier tablet.

The MTV Slash 4X has a 7 inch display with OGS technology and 1024 x 600 pixels resolution. The device is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor along with 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage making it faster than the earlier tablet. The tablet comes with dual SIM support and 3G connectivity.

The MTV Slash 4X is equipped with a rear facing 2 MP camera and a front facing VGA camera. The tablet runs on Android Jelly Bean with a decent 3000 mAh battery. The device comes preloaded with the updated versions of MTV India, MTV Funny and MTV Hottie apps. The MTV Slash 4X is priced at Rs. 9999 but is currently available for Rs. 8990.
