While Obi Mobiles is just entering the Indian market, the company seems to be expanding its line-up with the latest being the Obi Hornbill S551.
The Obi Hornbill S551 is the company’s latest smartphone which is now available online. The device has a 5.5 inch IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.
The Obi Hornbill S551 has a 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with a Sony sensor and LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the latest Android KitKat version with a 2200 mAh battery. The handset is priced at Rs. 9230 and is expected to be officially announced soon.
