Panasonic Eluga S with true octa-core processor launched for Rs. 11190

With the increasing demand for budget smartphones, Panasonic has launched the new Panasonic Eluga S.

Panasonic has announced the launch of the Panasonic Eluga S, which is the company’s latest smartphone in the Eluga range. The device has a 5 inch IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.4 GHz true octa core processor with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.

The Panasonic Eluga S has an 8 MP rear facing auto focus camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the latest Android KitKat version with a 2100 mAh battery. The handset is priced at Rs. 11190 and will be available in Black and White colour options.

Speaking about the Panasonic Eluga S, Manish Sharma, Managing Director, Panasonic India, said, “We are sure that Panasonic’s ELUGA smartphone range has certainly raised the bar of standard to a great level and has the potential to succeed in the Indian market. This is the third phone is the ELUGA series which defines our willingness to embrace new technology in a market like India. As we launch new devices, we will continue to innovate for our customers.”
