The plans were shared during a meeting with realme’s India Super Agents, led by Chase Xu, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at realme. Discussions centered on increasing consumer preference and supporting sustainable growth across the company’s distribution and retail channels.

Product Roadmap: Number & C Series
India remains a core part of realme’s global operations. For 2027, the company plans to align product development with regional consumer research, local testing, and user feedback while expanding its retail presence.
The Number Series will remain the central focus of realme’s mainline portfolio. Planned upgrades will target performance, mobile gaming, imaging, artificial intelligence integration, and everyday responsiveness. The company aims to use regional insights and consumer feedback to guide product planning.
The C Series will continue to serve the mass-market segment, focusing on battery life, hardware reliability, and stable performance.
Marketing & Retail Strategy
realme plans to move beyond short-term, launch-focused promotions toward marketing initiatives that continue throughout a product’s lifecycle.
The company’s planned consumer engagement activities include expanded campus outreach and student initiatives, targeted engagement with mobile gaming communities, collaborative campaigns with digital creators, and interactive product experience zones in physical retail stores.
realme also plans closer coordination between its central marketing and on-ground retail teams. The aim is to connect digital and national marketing campaigns with increased foot traffic and consumer engagement at retail outlets.
Distribution Network & Partner Collaboration
realme has identified its distributor and retail network as a key part of its long-term presence in India. Discussions with distribution partners focused on establishing predictable product roadmaps, improving visibility into inventory and launches, and strengthening local execution.
The company also emphasized partner profitability and operational stability as priorities for supporting sustainable growth across its distribution ecosystem.
Chase Xu, Vice President and CMO, realme said, “India is central to realme’s future, and we are committed to building our business here for the long term. That commitment means continuing to invest in products, supporting them throughout their life cycles and working closely with the Indian partners who bring realme to consumers every day. For 2027, our priorities are clear: stronger hero products, sustained brand investment and better coordination across our marketing and retail teams. We want consumers to experience the progress in our products and our partners to have greater confidence in the opportunities ahead.”
