Xiaomi India has launched the REDMI Note 17 Pro Max 5G in India as the top-end model in the new REDMI Note 17 Pro Series. The smartphone combines a 1.5K AMOLED display with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 SoC, a 50 MP OIS camera, and a massive 10,000 mAh battery with 100W HyperCharge fast charging. The REDMI Note 17 Pro Max 5G also features the REDMI Titan Structure, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, and IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for protection against dust and water.
10,000 mAh Battery | 100W HyperCharge
One of the biggest highlights of the REDMI Note 17 Pro Max 5G is its 10,000 mAh silicon-carbon battery. The battery is paired with 100W HyperCharge fast charging and 27W wired reverse charging. The large battery is designed to give the phone extended runtime, while the high-speed charging system allows it to be replenished quickly.
The battery is rated to retain 80% capacity after 1,600 charge cycles, with Xiaomi highlighting up to six years of battery reliability. The 100W HyperCharge system can reach 36% charge in 20 minutes and fully recharge the phone in 70 minutes under Xiaomi’s stated laboratory conditions.
