Yesterday we saw images of the alleged new Nexus 7 compared with the previous version, now full press renders of the refreshed version have leaked giving a good look at the device.

Nexus-7--press-render-1

As seen in the comparison with the earlier Nexus 7, the new Nexus 7 is slightly longer but thinner. The renders show the 1920 x 1200 pixel 7 inch display. The front looks almost similar to the earlier device except for the placement of the front camera which is said to be 1.2 MP. Also there is a new notification light on the bottom bezel.

The major changes in the new Nexus 7 can be seen at the back. The Nexus branding has been switched to landscape orientation on what seems to be a matte black surface. Also there is a new 5 MP camera at the back besides the speaker grill on top of the device. The refreshed version of the popular tablet is expected to be launched tomorrow at Google’s ‘Breakfast with Sundar Pichai’ event.
