With Idea branded smartphone range gaining popularity in the local markets, Reliance has launched its new handset – the Reliance Reconnect.
Reliance Digital, the electronics arm of Reliance Retail, has announced the launch of the Reliance Reconnect. The device has a 4.7 inch IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.
The Reliance Reconnect has a massive 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with a BSI sensor and LED flash. There is also a front facing 2 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Jelly Bean version. The phone comes with a 2000 mAh battery that is said to offer up to 7 hours talk time and a standby time of 225 hours. The handset is priced at Rs. 12999 but is available at Reliance Digital retail stores at a discounted price of Rs. 11999.
