Samsung Galaxy Note 4 starts receiving Android Lollipop update in India

While Samsung has released the latest Android Lollipop update for all their major smartphones, the company has now released the update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

Samsung has started rolling out the Android 5.0.1 Lollipop update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 in India. The update, which is being pushed Over The Air (OTA), weighs in a whopping 1030.25 MB and is suggested to be downloaded over a stable Wi-Fi connection. Post the update, the available memory will be decreased by minimum 950 MB and at least 4 GB of free memory space would be required.

The Android 5.0.1 Lollipop update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 brings all-new material design, quick notifications on the lock screen, enhanced performance and other features. The update would soon be available via Kies. In the meanwhile, if you are Galaxy Note 4 user patiently waiting for the Lollipop update, go ahead and check for the update now.
